Introduction

Australian Bodycare Anti Lice is used if head lice or lice eggs are found. Lice do not disappeay without intervention. If you have lice, it is important to get treatment as soon as possible.

What is Australian Bodycare Anti Lice used for?

Australian Bodycare Anti Lice is an extremely effective treatment against both living lice and eggs. Treatment works by physically suffocating the lice and eggs. Anti Lice works after just one treatment.

We recommend that you check for lice approx. 6 days after the application of the treatment to ensure that the treatment has been undertaken correctly and no re-infection has occured. If lice are found, you should treat again with Australian Bodycare Anti Lice. As Anti Lice works in a physical way, there is no concern of using the product continuously until the lice are gone.

What does Australian Bodycare Anti Lice contain?

Australian Bodycare Anti Lice with our signature Tea Tree Oil, is based on Dimeticone, which physically encapsulates the lice and eggs, which causes them to die.

Anti Lice does not contain insecticides.

Contents: Dimeticone, Tea Tree Oil, Limonene, Geraniol, Linalool.

Before you use Australian Bodycare Anti Lice

Do not use Anti Lice:

  • If you are allergic to one or more of the ingredients.
  • If your skin/scalp is damaged.
  • On children under the age of 3 years.

N.B.

Anti Lice is only for external use. If ingested, seek medical advice and bring the packaging for reference purposes.

Must not get in contact with the eyes. If, by accident this does occur, rinse immediately with water. Seek medical advice if the irritation does not stop.

Children:

Only to be used for children over the age of 3 years.

How should you use Australian Bodycare Anti Lice?

If you find lice, make sure you treat the whole family for lice. Otherwise there is a risk that you will not get rid of the lice. It is important that everyone is treated at the same time so that all the lice in the family are removed.

Instructions:

  1. Comb the hair thoroughly.
  2. Use in dry hair.
  3. Protect the shoulders with a towel.
  4. Shake the bottle thoroughly before use.
  5. Carefully press the bottle and divide in the hair.
  6. Make sure that the product is shared equally in the hair so the hair is completely covered by Australian Bodycare Anti Lice.
  7. Rub Anti Lice carefully into the hair and scalp with your fingers. Do not use a comb or brush for distribution.
  8. Leave Anti Lice in the hair for 15 minutes. The hair must not be covered by a towel or swimming cap.
  9. After 15 minutes the Anti Lice has suffocated the lice and eggs.
  10. Wash the product out of your hair. IMPORTANT: As Anti Lice is water-resistant, rub shampoo directly into the hair before rinsing with water. We recommend Australian Bodycare Hair Rinse to rinse out the Anti Lice. It may be necessary to wash several times to get the solution completely out of the hair.
  11. After washing the hair, comb thoroughly with a tight comb to remove the dead lice.

Note! Do not use a hairdryer when the solution is in the hair.

Daily care of hair and scalp

After treatment with Australian Bodycare Anti Lice, we recommend that you use Australian Bodycare Hair Rinse and Australian Bodycare Hair Spray to prevent problems daily. Hair Rinse and Hair Spray keep the hair and scalp healthy.

Storage of Australian Bodycare Anti Lice

Australian Bodycare Anti Lice must be stored at room temperature. Store Australian Bodycare Anti Lice in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not use Australian Body Care Anti Lice after the expiry date stated on the tube and packaging. Keep away from children.

Possible Side-effects

In some cases, mild itching and irritation can occur when using Australian Bodycare Anti Lice. If a rash or signs of allergy appears, the treatment should be discontinued. Wash thoroughly with soap and water, then contact your doctor.

In rare cases, hair loss can occur.

Talk to your doctor if you experience side-effects.

  • Do not use Australian Bodycare Anti Lice if you are allergic to any of the contents.
  • Avoid getting the product in your eyes. In case rinse your eyes, thoroughly with water and consult a doctor if the irritation continues.
