We’ve tested our products and we know what they can do. That’s why, when you shop with us, you’re guaranteed products of the highest quality. If, however, you’re not 100% satisfied, you’re covered by our Satisfaction Guarantee.

Your satisfaction means everything to us. If within 100 days of receiving your products you’re not happy with the results, you can make use of the guarantee – as long as the products were purchased through our webshop.

How to use your Satisfaction Guarantee: 

1. Submit your claim online.
   Remember to include your contact information, order number, product batch number and description of why you are not satisfied with the product. This makes it easier and faster for us to process your complaint.
2. Submit your claim - then wait. 
   Once we've processed your claim, we'll get in touch with you. There's nothing more you need to do until you hear from us. We'll send you a return label, which you can use to send the products back - and of course, we'll cover the postage. 
3. We'll refund your purchase. 
   As soon as we've received the returned products, we'll refund the purchase price so you get your money back.

Unlimited and Free Returns

Of course, you’re welcome to change your mind. That’s why there is no time limit for returning or exchanging products purchased on australian-bodycare.dk, as long as they are in their original, unopened packaging.

When you wish to return products, we need your order number. Please always provide it when contacting us. We will, of course, cover the postage if you want to return products.

However, please always contact us before sending anything back. If you return products without prior agreement, the shipment may be rejected, and we cannot cover your return costs.
