General facts about Australian Bodycare products

Are the products vegan?

All our products are 100% vegan - however, with the exception of Rescue Cream, Barrier Cream, and Skin Care, which contain beeswax.

Do the products contain parabens?

All our products are 100% free of parabens and other endocrine disruptors.

Do the products contain perfume?

Tea Tree Oil naturally contains a small amount of the perfume substances Limonene and Linalool.

Product variants with Mint contain Linalool and Limonene as well, while theLemon Myrtle variants also contain the perfume substances Citral and Geraniol.

The products only contain perfume substances that are naturally found in the active ingredients.

Are the products dermatologically tested?

Yes, all our products are dermatologically tested and we can therefore guarantee that the products are skin friendly. The products are suitable for the vast majority of skin types – including delicate and sensitive skin.

What ingredients do the products contain?

We carefully select and assemble the ingredients in our products to work effectively on each individual skin problem. The complete list of ingredients on each product is available under the Info menu item on the specific product page.

What is the content of Tea Tree Oil in the products?

The amount of Tea Tree Oil varies slightly between the products. We have been working with problem-solving skin care since 1992, and we therefore have many years of experience in adding just the right amount of Tea Tree Oil to ensure the optimum skin-friendly and anti-bacterial effect of the products.

Can I use the products if I am pregnant?

Almost all of our products are safety approved for pregnant and nursing women. The only exception is Corn Stick and T-Zone Peeling as it contains salicylic acid, which is not recommended for pregnant women. 

Are the products suitable for children?

All our products are approved for use on children from 3 years of age.

Can you use the products for animals?

We have no experience in applying our products to animals, and we can therefore not recommend or offer any guidance on this.

Have the products been tested on animals?

No, none of our products have been tested on animals. It is not allowed to test cosmetic products on animals in the EU, and all of our products are of course 100% cruelty free.

Ordering, payment and returns

Where can I buy the products?

You can order the products in our own webshop. If you place your order withus, you are covered by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Some UK retailers offer a selection of our products as well, e.g. Boots and LookFantastic. If you click on the product you are interested in, you can find information on which UK retailers carry the product.

The products are also available on Amazon UK.

How do I order on the webshop?

It is easy to order from our webshop. Just add the products you want to buy to your basket and proceed to checkout when you are ready.

In the basket, you can change the quantity or, if necessary, remove any items you no longer want. Then proceed to checkout, enter your details, select delivery, and finish with payment.

When the order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Which payment solutions do you offer?

You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay and PayPal in the webshop.

I have a discount code - how do I use it?

When you proceed to checkout from your basket, you can enter the discount code in the box on the right side of the screen. 

If you experience any problems applying the discount code, please contact us here.

Please remember that discount codes are personal and can only be used once. You are not allowed to share the discount code and resale of codes is under no circumstances allowed.

What are the conditions for discount codes?

It is only possible to use one discount code per. purchase, and different discount codes cannot be combined. The entire value of the discount code must be used at once, and we do not refund or pay out any excess balance.

A discount code can and may only be used once per customer.

In some cases, different conditions or restrictions may apply to the use of discount codes. If this is the case, it will be clearly stated in the terms and conditions stated when the discount code is issued.

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash. You can of course make use of the satisfaction guarantee on orders paid with a discount code. In those cases, a new discount code will be issued, which can be used as payment on a new order.

Discount codes are personal and may not be resold or shared with others. The transfer or resale of discount codes is strictly prohibited.

What is the delivery time on orders?

Standard delivery takes 2-4 work days, whereas express delivery takes 1-2 work days.

Delivery times can be prolonged around holiday periods and public holidays.

How much does delivery cost?

United Kingdom

Expedited & Standard shipping (1 - 2 days) - GBP 9.99. Free shipping on purchases over GBP 29.

Ireland

Standard shipping (2 - 3 days) - GBP 9.99. Free shipping on purchases over GBP 39.

Can I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Be aware that some orders are shipped in two or more packages. You can see if this applies to your order on the tracking link.  

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as fast as possible using the contact form. You can also call 0045 64 47 17 96 during opening hours. Inform us of your order number, and we will check if it is possible to cancel the order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order if it has already been processed or shipped.

Can I return the products if I change my mind?

Yes, we have unlimited return rights on unopened products and it is free to send back to us. It is important that you contact us before you return the products.

Fill out the contact form and remember to include your order number. We will arrange for the return so please do not send back the products before you have heard from us.

If you are not happy with the product(s) and want to make use of the satisfaction guarantee, please fill out the complaint form.

The product/package was damaged on receipt - what do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution.

I received the wrong product in my order – what do I do?

Contact us as soon as possible so that we can send the right product to you.

I haven't received my package - what now?

My Account

What is My Account?

You have the opportunity to create a customer account on our webshop. On My Account you can view your order history and follow the status of your order with us.

We do not use your information to send you marketing materials, newsletters or the like (unless you actively sign up for this).

Can I track my order?

You can follow your order easily by signing in to My Account.

All orders for the UK are packed and shipped from a warehouse in the UK, and you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. Please be aware that some orders are shipped in more than one package – please look at your tracking link.

How do I delete My Account?

If you no longer wish to have a customer account with us, you can have it deleted by contacting us using the contact form.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee

I have purchased products in your webshop – can I make use of the satisfaction guarantee?

Yes, you can. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products bought directly from our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the products and their effect after 100 days of use, you can contact us and get a refund.

Please fill out the complaint form and remember to include your order number and batch number of the products you are complaining about. We will contact you as soon as we have received and processed your complaint.

I have purchased products from one of your retailers – can I make use of the satisfaction guarantee?

Our satisfaction guarantee only applies to purchases made in our own webshop.

However, we appreciate feedback from our customers so please feel free to contact us and tell us why you are not happy with the product(s).
