Please note! If you have not received your package within 15 days after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is returned to us, a fee of £15 will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.
This means that if the package is returned to us because it was not collected from the parcel shop, we will refund your order, except for £15, which covers the return shipping and handling. This cost will be your responsibility.
Returns
Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Items that are returned on carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Before returning, please contact Australian Bodycare at info@australian-bodycare.com to obtain the return label.
Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.
Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

When returning the item, please state the order number and include a description of the reason for the return.
