  • For skin: Apply a small amount to dry or irritated skin and gently massage until absorbed.

    Incredibly good on psoriasis for retaining moisture in the skin. Avoids cracks. I'm sure to use it 6 times a day. When I'm good at remembering to smear area becomes much less irritated. I always carry a bottle in my bag. Has much smaller outbreaks now.
