How do I use the products in the kit?

You should use Body Wash and Body Lotion daily for a period of 14 days in order to achieve the desired results. Body Scrub should be used in addition to the two products, in order to remove dead skin cells and deeply cleanse the skin.

1. Body Wash

Use Body Wash 1-2 times per day fo 14 days in order to remove bacteria and filth from the skin. Body Wash contains the bacteria resistant tea Tree Oil, which assures a complete cleanse of the skin. Rub the product into your skin to create foam and massage with your hands - be especially thorough in areas with impurities. Once you're done, you rinse the Body Wash completely off.

 

2. Body Scrub

 You should cleanse your skin with Body Scrub 1-2 times per week. This assures the removal of dead skin cells and allows the Body Lotion to absorb properly into the skin. Once you've rinsed with Body Wash, you should distribute and massage the scrub into your skin. Give some extra love and care to the areas, where you have pimples - typically on shoulders, back, bum or chest. Finally, rinse off excess product and gently dry your skin with a towel.

 

3. Body Lotion

Once you finish your bath and dry your skin, it's important that you moisturize your skin with Body Lotion. You must never skip this step - it can lead to the skin overproducing sebum, which can lead to more pimples and blackheads. You should apply Body Lotion to your skin after a shower or bath, while your skin is still moist. In order to achieve good results we recommend that you use Body Lotion twice per day for a minimum of 14 days.
