How to use the products in the kit:

Intimate soap with lactic acid
The intimate soap is recommended for daily cleansing of your intimate area. Gently lather the soap onto wet skin and then rinse thoroughly with water. The product is gentle to use, so a small amount is enough to remove bacteria and leave your intimate area feeling fresh and clean.

Remember that excessive washing can aggravate intimate problems, so you should only wash with the soap once a day. If you need a refresher during the day, you can use wet wipes instead.

Intimate wet wipes for cleansing
The intimate wipes are gentle and soft on the skin to avoid further irritation. You can use the intimate wipes several times a day as needed.

Remove one wipe from the kit and make sure to close the pack tightly to avoid drying out the remaining wipes.

Gently wipe your intimate area with the wet wipe and throw the used wipe in the rubbish bin.

Femigel soothes intimate discomfort
5x7 ml tubes to reduce itching and bacteria in the intimate area. Apply 1-2 tubes daily to the intimate area around the vaginal opening, outer labia and other areas where you experience intimate problems. If the discomfort is less pronounced, you can use Femigel every 2-3 days.

Femi Daily prevents intimate problems
The intimate gel cares for the intimate area and can be used to prevent itching, unwanted odour and other intimate discomforts. Once you have used all tubes of Femigel and your discomfort has been reduced, you can apply Femi Daily daily or as needed to prevent intimate discomfort from returning.

How long should I use the products, before expecting results?

How long you should use the products depends on your intimate problems and their extent. However, you should wash daily with the intimate soap to remove unwanted odour or other intimate problems from the area. You can supplement your daily intimate hygiene with the intimate wet wipes should the need arise.

It is recommended to use Femigel 1-2 times daily until the discomfort subsides and then prevent burning, odour, itching and dryness using Femi Daily 1-2 times a day or as needed.

However, it's important to experiment and find the frequency that works best for you and your intimate area.
