PAY ATTENTION! If you have not received your package within 15 days after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is sent back to us, the shipping costs will amount to 7 GBP, which you will need to cover.

This means that if the package is returned to us because you did not pick it up at the parcel shop, we will credit the order – except for the 7 GBP  that covers the return shipping from the parcel shop to us. You are responsible for this expense.

Returns

Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Items that are returned on carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Before returning, please contact Australian Bodycare at info@australian-bodycare.com to obtain the return label.

Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.

Refund of the purchase amount

If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be made to the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us.

When returning the item, please state the order number and include a description of the reason for the return.

In one recent test of side effects, a third-party institute studied whether the skin reacted as expected or not to the application of our products. 50 volunteers participated in the experiment: Some with normal healthy skin and some with atypical, sensitive skin. While we are not able to fully exclude the possibility of rare skin reactions, since sensitive skin comes in many different versions and sizes, such cases have yet to be found.
