How to use the oral products for daily care

Apply toothpaste to damp toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 2 minutes. When finished, spit out excess toothpaste. Wait up to 30 minutes before eating, drinking or rinsing your mouth. after brushing to allow the fluoride to work optimally.
2) Use mouthwash during the day
You may feel the need to clean your mouth during the day. Since you shouldn't brush your teeth more than twice a day, mouthwash is your saviour. Mouthwash cleanses your mouth of food debris and prevents bad breath. The mouthwash also feels soothing on the dry mouth and gums. Rinse a few times a day as needed.
Swirl about 20 ml of mouthwash around in your mouth for 1 minute. then spit out. Wait 30 minutes before eating or drinking to allow the active ingredients to soothe dry mouth.
3) Lubricate with mouth gel up to 4 times a day
The mouth gel provides moisture to dry gums and irritated mouth and can be used up to 4 times daily. The moisturising ingredients instantly soothe dry mouth and tongue.
Apply directly to areas of the mouth that feel dry. The gel should not be rinsed off, but left to work. You can use the gel several times a day - up to 4 times - whenever you need to. We recommend that you do not drink, eat or rinse your mouth for the first half hour after application. This will give the gel time to work on your dry mouth.
4) Refresh your mouth with mouth spray as needed
The handy mouth spray is quick and easy to use throughout the day. Keep it in your bag and spray your mouth whenever you need to - and if you don't have time to apply gel or rinse. You can use the product up to 3 times a day. Shake the bottle slightly before use and then spray 2 pumps directly into your mouth to reduce dry mouth and bad breath. The mouth spray forms a protective layer on the teeth, tongue and gums, so wait half an hour before consuming food or drinks to allow the product to work.
Why dry mouth products work
Dry mouth is an unpleasant condition characterised by the feeling of too little saliva in the mouth. In the worst case, dry mouth can cause difficulty and discomfort in swallowing food. A dry mouth also tends to cause bad breath, which can make social situations in everyday life more difficult.
The products in the pack ensure healthy oral hygiene, which is essential to minimise mouth problems. Both toothpaste and mouthwash help to relieve discomfort caused by dry mouth and reduce bad breath, among other things.
The mouth gel is based on Glycerin, Panthenol and Tea Tree Oil. Tea Tree Oil is known to counteract bacteria and relieve discomfort on the tongue and gums. Both Glycerin and Panthenol contribute moisturising properties while soothing dry mouth.
