This is how you use the products for daily foot care

You can use the products in the package every day in order to keep your feet and nails well cared for, and free from bad odor, dry skin and discolouration.

1) Wash your feet with Body Wash, so that they are completely free from sweat, bacteria and dirt. Wet your feet and distribute the soap by massaging it into the skin. Make sure you properly cleanse the entire foot – also in between the toes. In order to cleanse your nails, you can use a nail brush to distribute the soap. Rinse the product off thoroughly, once you’re done, pat the skin dry. Make sure you get in between your toes with the towel as well.

2) Always apply cream to your feet after washing them. Massage the foot cream into the skin with circular motions and be especially attentive to the very dry areas of the skin. Wait a moment before putting socks and shoes on, so that the cream has time to dry.

3) Lastly apply the nail oil to your nails. You can use the oil on discoloured, cracked nails in order to help the problem, but you can also use it in a preventative way by applying it to healthy nails, so that you avoid future nail problems. Apply a thin layer with the practical application brush and allow the product to be absorbed, before putting socks and shoes on, or going to bed.

You can easily use the foot cream and nail oil multiple times per day – as much as you need. You can also wash your feet both morning and evening, but you should avoid long, hot foot baths daily, due to the negative effect it can have, causing more hard and dry skin. 

In order to keep foot – and nail problems at bay, we recommend that you apply both foot cream and nail oil daily – preferably twice per day, if possible.

If you’re struggling with hard skin, you might have to apply the foot cream twice per day for 4-5 weeks before seeing results.

The nail oil demands more time, before showing off its fabulous results.
