How to use the Peeling Serum

We recommend that you cleanse your face morning and evening with the 4 facial products. A daily cleansing routine helps you prevent blemishes, pimples, and blackheads.

2-3 times a week, we recommend that you also use Peeling Serum as part of your cleansing routine:

1. Thoroughly cleanse your face with the facial cleanser. You can double cleanse your skin if you use a lot of makeup, have oily skin, or have severe problems with pimples and blemishes. 
2. Wipe cleansed face with skin tonic. Use a cotton pad to distribute the product. Allow the product a few minutes to work before proceeding to the next step.  
3. Apply a few drops of the Peeling Serum on cleansed skin and massage in. Let the product absorb for 30 mins. before applying a layer of face cream to keep skin protected.

Peeling Serum should only be used 2-3 times a week depending on the state of your skin. You may only need to use the product once a week or less. This is very individual. Try for yourself and see which frequency suits you best.

As part of your daily cleansing routine, you might benefit from using another serum specifically suited to care for your skin problem. E.g., Blemish Serum for pimples and oily skin, or Face Serum for dry, mature skin.

Be aware that your skin may react with slight redness after use the first couple of weeks. We therefore recommend using the peeling serum with AHA in the evening. This will allow the product to work effectively during the night and give your skin time to adjust to the product and the active ingredients.

We always recommend doing a patch test on the skin before use. Apply the product to a small skin area and leave on for 24 hours to test for any reactions.

Which products should I combine with the Peeling Serum?

We recommend that you use the 4 facial products for the daily cleansing of your face. You need to cleanse your skin morning and evening to prevent pimples and blemished skin.

In addition to daily cleansing, we recommend deep cleansing your facial skin using a face mask 1-2 times a week. Face Mask is a clay-based mask that deeply cleanses and has a refreshing and invigorating effect on the skin.

We do not recommend using creams or sera with Retinol (Vitamin A) at the same time as the Peeling Serum. Retinol also has an exfoliating effect on the skin, and it can therefore be too much for the skin if you use both ingredients at the same time.

If you want to use another serum at the same time as Peeling Serum with AHA, we recommend that you choose a moisturizing serum or a serum that is specifically aimed at your skin problem, e.g., Blemish Serum for pimples and impure skin.

Always let Peeling Serum work for 30 minutes before applying another serum and/or finishing with a layer of protective face cream.
