Spot Stick relieves stinging, for example if you'v been bitten or stung by insects or mosquitos. You can use Spot Stick several times a day as needed.
Lip Balm
You use Lip Balm like a regular lip balm. Run the product over your lips several times a day as needed.
If your lips have become very dry, e.g. after sunbathing or due to salt water, apply a thick layer of lip balm before going to bed so that the product can moisturise throughout the night.
Aloe Vera Gel
Apply the gel directly to the skin area that needs soothing and moisturising. Aloe Vera gel dries quickly and leaves the skin moisturised and soothed. Of course, you can use the gel as often as you need to.
For best results, apply it to small cuts, scrapes or stinging skin immediately after the damage has occurred.
Aloe Vera gel can also be applied to the scalp if it has been sunburnt, dry or dehydrated. In this case, we recommend applying the product in the evening before bed and washing your hair the next morning.
Soothing spray for face and body
Shake the bottle before use and spray directly onto the skin area.

PAY ATTENTION! If you have not received your package within 15 days after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the package is sent back to us, the shipping costs will amount to 7 GBP, which you will need to cover.
This means that if the package is returned to us because you did not pick it up at the parcel shop, we will credit the order – except for the 7 GBP that covers the return shipping from the parcel shop to us. You are responsible for this expense.
Returns
Products must be returned to us without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after you notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
Items that are returned on carriage forward or cash on delivery will not be accepted.

Returned items should be well packaged with a copy of the invoice and clearly state that you want to use your right of withdrawal and that you want the price of the item to be refunded.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you have changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return, you will be refunded the full amount paid including delivery costs to you within 14 days from the date we were notified of your wish to return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item.
