To achieve the best results and maintain healthy teeth and gums, it's essential to use your fluoride-free toothpaste correctly. Follow these simple steps for an effective and gentle oral care routine.
Step-by-Step Guide:

• Step 1: Wet Your Toothbrush
Rinse your electric toothbrush or manual toothbrush with water before applying toothpaste.
• Step 2: Apply the Right Amount of Toothpaste
Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto the brush head.
• Step 3: Brush Your Teeth Thoroughly
Brush for at least 2 minutes, making sure to cover all surfaces – front, back, and chewing surfaces. Use small, circular motions for a deep clean.
• Step 4: Don't Forget Your Gums
Gently brush along the gumline to remove plaque and help prevent gum issues.
• Step 5: Rinse if Necessary
After brushing, you can either spit out the toothpaste without rinsing or rinse with water, depending on your preference.

How Often Should You Use It?
For optimal oral hygiene, we recommend brushing twice a day, in the morning and evening.
