How to use the products in the pack

You need to use all the cleansing products in the pack daily. However, the Peeling Serum and Face Mask should only be used 1-2 times a week.

 

1) Facial Wash - used twice daily: morning and evening

You need to clean your face free of dirt, bacteria and any makeup residue every day. You should cleanse your face both morning and night to avoid oily skin and clogged pores.

Remove any makeup first and then moisturise with water. Apply an appropriate amount of face wash to your face and neck and massage in circular motions using the face brush. The face brush gently exfoliates the skin surface, allowing the facial cleanser to work more easily.

Massage for at least 1 minute before rinsing off both face and brush with lukewarm water. Pat dry with a clean towel or cloth.

 

2) Face tonic - use 2 times daily after cleansing

Deep cleanse your skin daily with this gentle toner that deep cleanses skin pores without drying.

Squeeze a few drops of toner onto a cotton pad and wipe over cleansed face and neck. Allow to dry in gently before proceeding (do not rinse off).

 

3) Blemish Serum - use every day after cleansing

Blemish Serum quickly penetrates deeper layers of the skin and is effective against pimples, blackheads and blemishes if used twice daily after cleansing.

Apply a few drops to the face and neck, massaging in well. Leave on for a few minutes before moving on to the next step.

 

4) Face cream - for daily hydration of pimples and acne

You should always protect your skin by applying a layer of moisturising face cream after cleansing and serum - both morning and evening.

Squeeze out a small amount of face cream and massage into the skin on your neck and face. The cream is gentle to use, so remember that a small amount goes a long way.

 

5) Spot Stick - first aid for pimples and blackheads

Spot Stick is based on natural and soothing ingredients, so skin heals faster and becomes beautiful again for pimples and blemished skin.

Apply directly to your pimple using the handy roll-on. The liquid is clear so it can't be seen and penetrates quickly. Use Spot Stick directly on pimples or blemishes at least 4 times daily. Can be used both on top of and under makeup.

The above cleansing routine should be performed every day - both morning and evening - for optimal results with the products.

You should use the products consistently for up to 5 weeks before you can expect results, as the skin needs time to cleanse and get used to the new active ingredients. Be aware that it's normal to experience more pimples and blemished skin right after switching products.

 

Face mask - used once a week

You should use the face mask to exfoliate and deeply cleanse the skin about once a week.

You first cleanse the skin with facial cleanser and then apply the face mask in an appropriate layer. Leave the mask on for 15 minutes. and then rinse off. Then continue with skin tonic, serum, cream and Spot Stick as described in the daily routine.

 

Peeling Serum - AHA fruit acid peeling 1-2 times weekly

1-2 times a week, you should also exfoliate your skin with peeling serum to remove dead skin cells and help the skin's renewal process. This will give you the best possible conditions for beautiful skin free from pimples, blackheads and clogged pores.

First cleanse your face with both cleanser and toner, then apply the Peeling Serum to your skin. Leave the Peeling Serum on for 30 minutes before proceeding. Peeling Serum should NOT be washed off, but left on the skin.

After 30 min. apply Blemish Serum, Face Cream and Spot Stick in the order described in the daily cleansing routine.

Be aware that your skin may react with slight redness when using the Peeling Serum the first few times. It is therefore a good idea to use the Peeling Serum with fruit acid in the evening, so that your skin has time to get used to the product and the active ingredients.

We recommend that you always patch test the products on your skin before use. Apply a small amount of product to a defined area of skin and leave for 24 hours to test for any skin reactions.

 

Why should I cleanse my skin every day?

What you need to avoid pimples, blackheads and clogged pores. If you don't cleanse your skin of bacteria and dirt, you risk them settling in your clogged pores and developing into blemished skin.

At the same time, it's important to control your skin's sebum production if you experience oily skin. You can do this by cleansing your skin daily with a gentle face cleanser and using a protective cream to keep your skin's moisture levels intact. If you deprive your skin of moisture, it will compensate by overproducing sebum, which can lead to oily skin and a vicious spiral of sebum bumps, pimples and blackheads.

If you have a very blemished skin, or if you suffer from acne, the products in this pack can be used for daily care.
