I am not satisfied with the purchase. The product is good, but the date of minimum consumption and the description of the product in Slovak language are missing. In the past I ordered it from Australian Bodycare Poprad and these data were available.

Naše produkty sú vyrábané tak, aby mohli byť predávané po celom svete, a kvôli obmedzenému priestoru na obale bohužiaľ nie je možné uvádzať kompletný popis vo všetkých jazykoch. Preto na obale nájdeš QR kód, ktorý si môžeš naskenovať – ten ťa priamo presmeruje na produktovú stránku v tvojom jazyku, kde si môžeš prečítať všetky dôležité informácie o výrobku.
Pokiaľ ide o dátum minimálnej spotreby, naše výrobky sú navrhnuté tak, aby vydržali minimálne 30 mesiacov od dátumu výroby, a preto podľa platnej legislatívy nie sme povinní tento dátum uvádzať. Ak by si si však želala presný dátum pre konkrétny produkt, stačí, ak nám pošleš batch číslo (číslo šarže) z obalu na info@australian-bodycare.com, a my ti ho radi poskytneme.

Lovely to receive such a very good product with my recent order! This gel was absolutely wonderful to cool, sooth and remove the itching associated with a rash on the lower legs of a houseguest who arrived suffering this rash on the hottest day so far this year!! Not only did it improve the itch immediately but also has continued to heal the condition almost completely within 4 days! Thank you so much!
